W tytule płatności należy podać imię i nazwisko dziecka, klasę, a w przypadku wpłaty niepełnej kwoty – dodatkowo wyszczególnić dni, w których dziecko nie będzie korzystać z obiadów.
Termin płatności do 15 – 25 wrzesień 2016r.
Brak wpłaty w ww. terminie jest równoznaczny z rezygnacją z obiadów w danym miesiącu i skreśleniem dziecka z listy chętnych korzystających z posiłku w stołówce szkolnej.
